About Resident Services Coordinators

Resident services coordinators are responsible for managing all aspects of virtual and onsite resident services programming at Abode Communities’ residential developments. All coordinators are professionally trained and experienced in the fields of social work, human services case management, gerontology, or a related field. Their primary responsibilities include:

• Assessing the needs of families, individuals, and residential communities as a whole;
• Developing and implementing educational, social, and recreational programs;
• Offering 1:1 support, linkages, and referrals; and
• At family properties, overseeing program leaders and after-school/summer enrichment programming.
